• You must not have had a previous Game Lucky account closed for cause — including fraud, collusion, or Terms violations.

3 Your Game Lucky Account

3.1 Registration

When you register with Game Lucky, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one Game Lucky account. If Game Lucky discovers that a member holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — all accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Currency

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real money balance.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Game Lucky platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, odds data, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of Game Lucky or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Game Lucky content without prior written permission.

Accessing Game Lucky for personal, non-commercial betting purposes is permitted. Any other use of Game Lucky's content or technology is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Game Lucky provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Game Lucky is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform outages, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions outside our control.
• Loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity resulting from a bet you were unable to place due to a technical issue.

• Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

In all cases, Game Lucky's maximum liability to any member for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total funds held in that member's Game Lucky account at the time of the relevant event.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Game Lucky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a Game Lucky account, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure
